Dumpster FAQ
We offer 10-yard, 20-yard, 30-yard, and 40-yard roll-off dumpsters to accommodate projects of every size. Visit our Dumpster Sizes page to compare dimensions and find the right fit for your project.
Our standard rental period is 30 days. If you need your dumpster longer, simply contact us to extend your rental.
For safety and environmental reasons, we cannot accept:
Food waste
Appliances containing freon (refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners)
TVs and computer monitors
Tires
Liquid chemicals or hazardous materials
Yes. We accept most electronics and appliances without screens or freon.
Yes. Each dumpster has a weight allowance:
10-Yard: Up to 3.5 tons
20-Yard: Up to 8 tons (Recommended for concrete, dirt, rock, and brick. A half-full 20-yard dumpster of these materials is typically around 8 tons.)
30-Yard: Up to 7 tons
40-Yard: Up to 5 tons

Dumpsters can typically be placed on driveways, construction sites, or other accessible locations. Placement on public streets may require a permit depending on local city regulations.
No. You do not need to be present during delivery. Simply provide any placement instructions when scheduling your rental, and we'll place the dumpster in your requested location whenever possible.
